C Libs Software Libraries License Agreement

This license governs the use of the C Libs software libraries (“Licensed Materials”) and applies to
both free and commercial use. By downloading or using the Licensed Materials, you agree to the
following terms:

1. Free Personal Use License

You may use the Licensed Materials free of charge for non-commercial purposes, including personal,
educational, or hobby projects.

You may not:
- Use the Licensed Materials in any product, service, or deployment intended for commercial,
  business, or organizational use.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or expose the Licensed Materials to third parties.
- Use the Licensed Materials in any way that generates revenue or supports commercial activity.

2. Commercial License Activation

Commercial rights are granted only upon payment of the applicable license fee.

Upon payment, the licensee is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the Licensed Materials in commercial software, products, or services.
- Distribute the Licensed Materials as part of compiled products.
- Use across unlimited projects and developers within Licensee’s organization.
- Continue using any products developed prior to purchase.

No commercial use or distribution is permitted until payment is received by C Libs.

3. Restrictions (All Use Types)

You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the binary.
- Redistribute the Licensed Materials as a standalone product or SDK.
- Sublicense or transfer this license.
- Use the Licensed Materials to build competing libraries or developer platforms.
- Expose the Licensed Materials via APIs, SDKs, or developer-facing services.

4. Intellectual Property

C Libs retains all rights to the Licensed Materials and associated documentation. No ownership is
transferred.

5. Warranty & Liability

Licensed Materials are provided “as is” without warranties. C Libs’ total liability is limited to
the license fee paid.

6. Support

Support services are offered on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed unless covered by a
separate agreement.

7. Termination

This license terminates upon breach. Commercial rights are revoked if payment is not received or
terms are violated.

Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 5 (Warranty & Liability), and 8 (Governing Law) shall survive
termination.

8. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts
of York, England.

By downloading or using the Licensed Materials, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Commercial licensees will receive confirmation of payment and license activation via email.
